This is an excellent luxury hotel, a great discovery in Dubai’s Marina area. Easily accessible by car within minutes to the Atlantis destinations, and a super alternative to the over-priced hotel establishments in Dubai’s Palm area. This Sofitel’s service is personal and warm. It’s wonderful to be met by a guest relations greeter at the entrance after a long day of work or in the morning. I’d like to especially commend Hannington who greeted me early this morning with a warm smile as I was waiting for my car pick-up to airport. He asked about my stay, checked if I had breakfast, and kept me company with lovely conversation as I waited. That there was someone who cared and looked after me so early in the morning was truly special, it made my day. I’m definitely coming back here on my next visit.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sofitel JBR. The staff are helpful, courteous and very friendly. The rooms are modern and spacious enough and housekeeping was very attentive to our needs (thank you Zaneeq!). The buffet breakfast has plenty of choice; we can highly recommend the French toast. Unfortunately the bread / baguette was not always freshly baked. The best: having a drink in the infinity pool with that gorgeous view. The bad: the spa. Worst experience ever... We informed Customer Relations who told us that the Spa does not belong to nor managed by Sofitel. That it a shame as it reflects very negatively on the hotel. Having a masseuse wearing trackpants with white stripes, listening to music on a headset, phone ringing and turning on all the bright lights the second time is up is not at all professional. If you want a massage go elsewhere. We can highly recommend the Sofitel JBR!

Clean and food.was amazing we are staying in more then 7 nights specially thanks to murali he did a great job best cleaner. But there was very noise around the hotel.
